What the fuck Microsoft

PETALING JAYA: Starting Wednesday, users with pirated copies of Microsoft Corp's Windows XP Professional operating system (OS) on machines that are Internet-capable could find their computer displays going black and with no screen icons visible.

There are 8.6 million users of Win XP Pro in Malaysia and about three million are expected to suffer the “blackouts,” according to Microsoft Malaysia.

To continue working, the user would need to reset the machine’s desktop background. Everything will return to normal. But when 60 minutes are up, the black screen will reappear and the user must go through the whole process again.

This will keep happening until the user licenses the copy of Win XP Pro on the machine by going to a Microsoft reseller or getting a licence online at the www.microsoft.com/malaysia/genuine. Each licence costs RM580.

This initiative is part of Microsoft’s antipiracy campaign, dubbed Windows Genuine Advantage (WGA), aimed at educating users on the benefits of using genuine software, K.T. Ng, Microsoft Malaysia’s director of client business group, told The Star on Tuesday......More here

Oh yeah, applying my master degree

Oh yeah folks, early last week i decided to continue my studies for master degree. Yeah...yeah..i know, actually my lecturer and and also my sisters encouraged me. So..what can i do? its ok lah. No problem "ok jah kalau ko". Hehehe and at the same time i'm "hunting" a scholarship from goverment of sabah. Well, atually i know its so difficult since i'm the only one still studying in my family and also the youngest (anak boungsu katakan..). But just try and in case if i get of course i'm happy. Wish me luck for both my scholarship and master degree applications. TQ.

I went to Serdang yesterday

Fuhhh...i just got up (10.30 am) and it is raining here at shah alam. I went to bed last night so early and so unusual for me. Actually i got up this morning about 7.30 but went to bed again since it was raining. Hehehe...well, its holiday time (midterm break). Thats why i went to serdang yesterday. In fact, actually my nieces asked me to meet them at Serdang. So we just had lunch, dinner, cinema, window shopping, and eat..eat..eat..LOL. My niece drove her car.

Ha...fresh durian...RM10 for 4 packs..the pink color tuh sengaja minta gambar..LOL

Me: No lah. Kawan jah lah.
Dit and BB: Kawan ker...mangsa baru? (ala..ala cakap semenanjung lah diorang)
Me: Ish...kamu nie. (padahal..jantung sia..mau jatuh suda.)

Me: Kamu labah..suda kerja...gaji meletup lagi (actually sia mau kasih kena si BB..because she is pegawai pentaksir dengan gaji RM3 thousands something..baru jah masuk 2 bulan lepas pun gaji suda meletup. No wonder dia tidak terima offer Maybank dengan gaji RM2700 basic. Tapi mau hairan apa?? memang she graduated first class degree in Finance).
BB: eh uncle labah...adakah anak buah blanja uncle. Uncle yang kena blanja anak buah bah. (Oh yeah..I slalu kalah part nie..).
Me: Oh yah lah tuh...Both of you lah yang blanja sia (dengan nada yang merajuk)
Dit: B..uncle kita merajuk suda tau..ok lah kami blanja ko...But B..you blanja, cinema, durian, dinner, plus...plus..plus....
BB: Ok lah.
Me: Senyuman lebar sampai ke telinga..

Pelajar UiTM membantah pembukaan Kuota 10% kepada kaum Non Bumi

Kenyataan yang dikeluarkan oleh menteri besar selangor dalam berita utusan pada 11 ogos 2008 mengundang kemarahan pelajar-pelajar UiTM. Jestru, seramai lebih daripada 5000 orang palajar telah membuat perhimpunan secara aman di dataran Shah Alam ke pejabat SUK. Perhimpunan secara aman yang dianjurkan oleh Majlis perwakilan pelajar adalah bagi menunjukkan rasa tidak puas hati terhadap kenyataan yang dikeluarkan oleh menteri besar selangor. Menteri besar selangor, Adbul Khalid berkata UiTM seharusnya membuka kuota 10% kepada kaum bukan bumiputera bagi memantapkan lagi daya saing pelajar-pelajar bumiputra.



Hola...hola...hola...menteri besar selangor di 'cop' sebagai penghiknat bangsa kerana 'menjual' UiTM demi kepentingan politik.
