The stupidity of Peninsular Malaysians toward Sabah

I just logged into my facebook account and I saw this picture shared by a friend of mine. I quickly clicked it and this picture showed up. I looked at every part of the picture and the first think came up on my head was "YES THIS IS EXACTLY CORRECT" and decided to put this on my blog. I know not all people from peninsular Malaysia thought the same about Sabah but the reality is most of them especially THOSE WHO NEVER TRAVELED TO SABAH. I don't want to explain what the picture tries to explain or what the message behind it but basically don't talk about the place if you never been to the place.

I remember when I first came to KL in 2003 almost ten years ago before I flew to London. A friend of mine who never flew and never been to Sabah asked me whether "Do I live on the tree". When i first heard it I was like "What the fu*k!!". Well I laughed and I said to him "I think you need to fly to Sabah and see how exactly Sabah is".....

In fact he said, how can you come to this university? This university is only for Malaysians. He thought Sabah was not apart of Malaysia. So damn stupid he was. Anyway at last he was my best friend and we stayed in the same bedroom for a year. Unfortunately he failed two modules which were Calculus and C++ programming. Those two modules were probably the most difficult during my Diploma. But I managed to get A- and C for the programming module. It was bloody difficult because I didn't have the basic. But in the second semester I managed to catch up and see the whole concept in doing programming. At last I managed to score A-. Great for me!

I find those people are so narrow minded and most probably he didn't read anything about Sabah. But that's no excuses because Sabah is apart of Malaysia and you have to know at least a little bit about something each of the states. So basically those people are so damn stupid!!

Beauty and the beast

Favorite Movie - Beauty and the Beast

Written by Sherri Hicks

Our family's favorite animated movie to watch on television is Beauty and the Beast. My daughter loves to watch Belle transform from a commoner into a princess. The characters are funny and so full of life even though they have been transformed for a very long time. They are fun and witty and play off of each other perfectly. I love the story teaching my kids that we shouldn't judge people by what they look like on the outside. We need to see people for who they are inside and not what they look like outside. Even though Belle is terrified of the Beast she still shows him what true love is and how to be nice. I also love that Belle is a strong woman who knows what she wants and isn't afraid to let people know what she wants. I think she's a good role model for my daughter. The animation is wonderful and the picture quality is great especially on our satellite television from www.directstartv.com/direct-tv-blog/catch-every-sunday-game-with-directv-nfl-sunday-ticket%E2%84%A2-to-go-2-p1183.html. The songs are fun to sing with and even dance along with during the movie.

I've missed something

It was me after my 18KMs hiking in East coast Wales

I missed something. You want to know what? I might have to give a miss to some of my plans such as going to Manukan island, to waterfall, sandakan, tawau and some other places. Why? because the fucking weather has changed recently in Sabah. It has been raining for the last 2 days and tomorrow is another rainy day here in Sabah. Tomorrow is sunday and my plan is going to water world near kota kinabalu. I hope the weather will be fine. I'm going back to England in 1 and half weeks time. I am tired at the moment because too much enjoying myself. Next week i am going to north Sabah and there will be another party at there. Of course and i do hope it's gonna be the greatest party this year before leaving Malaysia on the 2nd of Sept. My belly is getting bigger and now i hate my belly. I thought i will lose some weight in Sabah. But i didn't but gain another kilo. This is terrible. I think i didn't have enough abdomen exercise...ha..ha..haa

P/s: I'm not a superman but I will never be let down again. You did it once but will never be twice.

I feel so proud.......yes i do.....it's time to tell them

Mmmm...well, i read a news from this blog. It says Tony Blair is currently in sabah on his (of course with wife) holiday. Wow..wow...wow.....as sabahan, i feel so proud about this news. I never knew that he will go to sabah. Such a small place and far at back compared to where he comes from. This is what i call, an appreciation to our beloved Sabah. Mmmm..i dont know if he's been to Penang..but i think ......never. If i not mistaken early this year, ex president of America....Bill Clinton was in penang and he stayed in five star resort..Rasa Sayang Resort (just about 1 km from where I live). Anyway...so this is another point i would like to say to all my eroupean friends about how beautiful sabah is.
I been to all states in Malaysia except Kelantan (which i would like to go but to really keen on it). I rated Sabah always on my top three best places to visit in Malaysia. Not being bais...and never..but I can say Sabah has everything you want naturally.

Here were some answers by my eroupean friends when i asked them like this
Me: Have you been to Sabah?
My Norweign Friend: No...but is anything intresting at there? Because i went to Sarawak last time and Kuching is very laid back. In fact about 30 years at the back compared to Penang. So i was expecting sabah must be about the same.
Me: You were wrong...KK is far better then Kuching. I went to Kuching and i admit...the place is quite laid back. But we are KK is far better then Kuching.

Me: Have you been to Sabah?
My British friend: No! What do you have there? Anything intresting?
Me: Oh Gosh!!!! In the term of development..of course penang is much better because this is just a small place, so you can see all the sky scrapers all over the place..but the beauty..you cannot find it in Malaysia. You will find a true beauty of Malaysia if you go there.

Me: Have you been to that place (which is refer to sabah)?
My Scottish friend: Nope..but i been to kuching and it was ok..but nothing special. In fact my bf doesn't like it because there is no night life. Is sabah like Kuching?
Me: Oh no.....not at all. Totally different. The city is on the east coast and you can see a beautiful sunset while drinking a fresh juice on the beach..because most restaurants are on the beach.

Well, quite a lot answers from other friends. But what i said to my friends...what you can get in sabah you cannot get it in other places in Malaysia. We have beautiful mountains, we have a beautiful sunset, beautiful sunrise, beautiful city (except the pilak hanging around KK), beautiful beaches, beautiful islands, we have hot (KK) and cold (cool) (kundasang) places...and beautiful resorts, etc......So there is no place in Malaysia which is better then sabah.
