Just a simple breakfast

This morning I had my breakfast in a cake shop. I had my breakfast because i want to skip my lunch. Since my body weight increased 2 KG, it is really worried me now and that is why i try to skip my lunch and have my gym and swim in the morning and afternoon. So here are my breakfast this morning. Just simple but nice.

Toasted bread with garlic and salmon


A cup of Milo

kenot skip2 meal ba andrik if u want to loose weight.....mesti makan kerap but in a small portion....so that ur metabolism is at its optimum level....yg penting fiber...

the muffin is so fattening....better go for whole meal bread...hehe

mcm tu toasted bread pun ada cheese...
