Well....well...when i know i'm getting fat and fat again, you know last night i went to "Bintang" and played badminton with my friends. Actually if i'm on vacation of course i spent sometimes in the gym, but since i'm in shah alam now...i don't know where is the gym. So, usually i will play badminton with my friends.
