Bad luck vs good luck

OK..ok..ok....what i want you all to know is about the "bed luck" vs "good luck"...in our life or in the world sometimes very, very happy but sometimes so..so sad. o here i is the picture.....

In Malaysia
A very lucky guy(early 30) married with an old women(100 ++)
I think it was "soo...very the lucky"..have to break the English sometimes..First time married for the guy but 24th times for the women (correct me if i'm wrong..just drop me a comment)

So....pity him..rite? what the Indonesian called it "kaki gajah ilness"...direct translation "elepent leg ilness"
