Turkey time!!!! it's not x'mas yet...

I bet many people love turkey. Or when i was a small boy i used to call it as 'big chicken'. Yummy...actually nothing special with turkey compared to chicken. Turkey is just like another chicken but of course the main difference is you mainly serve turkey during x'mas and you may serve chicken every day as apart of your meal. But, it's actually depends with the way you cook turkey. Like me, i like to roast turkey with black paper, ground paper and some combination of my secret recipies (really? lol!). I usually like to use onions, garlics, gingers, chilies and red paper. I love them because the aroma is so strong and when you cook something with them it's usually go well. I like to make turkey sauce as well. I usually use the oil from the turkey itself after you roasted it. The oil has fantastic flavor and of course it goes well with the turkey.

Yummmyyyyyyy......you can see the colour of the turkey. It's so yellow and looks delicious. Not recommended to eat too much because it's actually fattening. I am telling you this because i am currently watching my calories intake. For men, Doctors say 2500 kcl daily but i am trying not to exceed 1500kcl daily. I need to lose weight maybe 3-4KGs. OK..ok..i am not fat because i am 5'8" and about 68KG. But i still don't like it and feel a bit heavy especially when i go for a jog..
