Lunch for those people on diet

Sardines + 2 fried eggs + 1 tomato + 3 leaves of salads = 370 calories for lunch

Yup!!!! This is the lunch for those people who are on diet. That's what i just had this afternoon. Do you know that if you want to lose weight you must watch your calories intake very carefully. I mean you must take no more than 1500 calories a day. This means that your breakfast should be 350 calories, lunch should be 400 calories and your dinner should be around 700 calories. The meal above contains about 370 calories. It's sardines, fried eggs, tomato and salads. In a week you could lose 0.5 kilo and in a month you could lose 2KG. The main thing is don't eat too much rice and eat more vegetables.

Remember to maintain your weight you must have a jog 30 minutes a day five times a week. Bukan asik menghadap komputer jer berbelog..nanti perut pon jad boroi hehehehehe...tapi ader orang kater...i don't care as long as duit masyuk...hahahahahahaha...betul gak tapi 30 minutes jogging sehari tuh aper lah jugak kan???? not much lah!!!

P/S: Dr.Jungle jogging 60 minutes (10KM) a day 6 times a week tau (sunday rehat!!!)..blogger lain cam maner??? Dr.Jungle yang tengah wat PhD pun ader maser nak berjogging..lagi busy wat PhD wei dari budak2 yang wat bachelor.

awesome recipe. for exercises i usually do interval training instead of jog, its both cardio n strength training.
